Coopers Store uses a reliable and experienced professional removalist company for all of our deliveries. We do not have a set delivery day; therefore we will notify you as to when our next delivery day will be once your final balance has been paid.
Please ensure at the time of purchase or when booking your delivery, you communicate any potential difficulties they will face in delivering to your home, i.e. access issues, more than one flight of stairs, tight corners, obstructions, long driveways, narrow street, limited parking and stopping on your street.
Once a delivery day is confirmed, you will be given a 2-3 hour window for delivery that day, along with a call 30 minutes prior to delivery. As traffic and other deliveries may impact this window, please prepare to be flexible on the day.
We are not able to accommodate specific delivery times. Should you find it difficult to be available at the available times we will do our best to accommodate another time however additional delivery charges may apply.
All items are wrapped in protective blankets during transport however you will need to arrange suitable protection if required once delivered.
For all deliveries requiring a transport or freight company you will be quoted and necessary arrangements made.
Pickups are only available on a Wednesday and Thursday between 10am – 3pm.
Pickups must be done within this time period. As all of our products involve solid timber, they are extremely heavy. We insist you bring at least two strong and capable lifters to help with getting things into your vehicle/s.
Besides people willing to help lift, we suggest the best mode of transport are either utes, vans or trucks. Also please bring blankets or other means of protecting your items from damage. Coopers Store does not provide protective wrapping for items being picked up.
Please note! Warranty will be void on the spot if you do not follow these guidelines.
Coopers Doors is proud to offer Australia wide delivery and will work with local and interstate carriers to ensure your new door arrives safely and in the most economical way. If ordering online we will add an estimated freight charge to your order which will be confirmed by follow up from our staff. If your freight charge increases we will inform you and you will have the option to proceed or withdraw your order and a full refund will be provided if you decide to withdraw your order.
All doors are meticulously packaged to ensure they arrive in the same perfect condition they left in. All deliveries are insured for your peace of mind.
